Foals do a double take for new album

After more than a decade Oxford band Foals have clocked up 1.7 million sales of their four Gold-certified albums, plus over half a billion streams at Spotify since 2015.

The band has always embraced the unconventional and their latest project is their most ambitious yet.

‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost’. A pair of releases, separate but related, they share a title, themes and artwork. ‘Part 1’ will be released on March 8, with ‘Part 2’ following in the autumn.

“They’re two halves of the same locket,” frontman Yannis Philippakis explains. “They can be listened to and appreciated individually, but fundamentally, they are companion pieces.”

Foals will be on tour in the UK in the summer, they will be live at Birmingham’s Digbeth Arena on June 15.
