Slade will be celebrating Christmas with a gig at Bilston’s Robin 2 on Thursday December 20.
To mark their Black Country gig we have dusted off this video from when the Base Sessions team caught up with the band’s Don Powell and Dave Hill for a chat backstage at the Upton festival back in 2013.
The Base Sessions crew caught up with Dave and Don just before they hit the stage to round off a weekend of top live music at the festival.
